great access to parks and local attractions for city explorers

I appreciated being just a short walk from the WVU Core Arboretum, where I could enjoy a peaceful stroll among beautiful greenery, and found it easy to reach the Morgantown History Museum, allowing me to dive into the local culture and history—perfect for a weekend wanderer like me.

Our stay was for the WVU football game. The location was perfect for getting to the stadium, and we appreciated the staff's friendliness. The room was clean, but we did have a couple of issues, including a noisy AC and a malfunctioning TV remote. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and we enjoyed the breakfast options available.

The room was cozy, and we loved the yummy breakfast spread in the morning. There’s a nice pool to relax in and a cozy lounge area to kick back after a long day. The only downside was the bathroom sink not being perfectly anchored, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

We had a wonderful time biking along the Caperton Trail with our two sons. The paved path offered stunning views of the Monongahela River. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a nice bonus for our family before hitting the trails.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities around the hotel.

I loved how clean my Queen Room felt-seriously, like stepping into a little slice of heaven! The beds were super comfortable Plus, the staff were fabulously friendly, even offering snacks and coffee upon my arrival!

the room was super clean and spacious with a microwave and a flat-screen TV. breakfast started at 5 AM, which was perfect as an early riser. friendly staff made my stay enjoyable and check-in was a breeze. pet-friendly too, which is always a plus!

Family travelers should give it a shot

I had a really pleasant experience at this place. The staff went above and beyond, even carried my bag while I was shuffling my granddaughter around.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

my stay at sonesta was pleasant! the room was spacious and very clean, making me feel comfortable. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants. the staff was exceptionally nice and helped me carry my food to my room after surgery, which really stood out to me. overall, i think this is the best hotel choice when visiting for medical appointments.
